Teesside
The Wilton Group facilities at Port Clarence Offshore Base, Middlesbrough, Teesside totals 200,000 square metres (50 acres) in area.
Facilities
Fabrication Assembly Halls
The base houses four fabrication assembly halls each 64.5m x 33m x 28m to underside of the door portals. Each hall is equipped with 2 x 30T overhead cranes.
Full height doors in the river gable end allow movement of completed structures onto the fit out aprons and to the load out quay's.
Quay's
Load out quay's serve the full river frontage of the four assembly halls and the mooring facility extends to the downstream boundary of the site, giving a total berth of 235 metres. The angle quay provides roll-on and roll-off facilities.
Painting Shops
The 60,000 sq ft paint shop is equipped with 2 x 10T overhead cranes and extensive blasting and painting equipment. The large blast pen 40m x 18m is capable of handling complete fabrications and deck sections.
Stores / Storage
A single storey insulated stores building 2044 square metres is equipped to service permanent materials and vendor supplies. Extensive internal and external area within the 50 acre site
Offices
The base has extensive office facilities for Wilton Group staff and additional office accomodation for our clients.
Aberdeen
PD&MS Energy offices are based in the centre of the oil capital of Europe. The offices are equipped to house 200 design and support personell.
